Great product, even the neighbors wanted some.
I heard about this product on quite a few Home Improvement podcast so I decided to give it a try. I had tried the soap and bleach method before as you do it yourself for would normally like to try to do. Well I had results I had to do a lot of scrubbing and the bleach risk getting in the eyes are on plants and possibly killing them we're not something that I wanted to really deal with. I wanted something that would work with ease something I could spray on and then just rinse off. This was definitely the product for that all you have to do is get a sprayer put some in at the right deletion rate spray it on wait a little bit come back spray it off and 80% of the time it just takes one application. You may want to do a second application or there may be really hard set areas that may require a little bit of a brush but most of what you spray will definitely rinse right off with the surface clean and Clear of any Grime mold or mildew. Highly recommend this product definitely worth the price even though it's a little pricey it'll save you lots of time and labor.

Works like magic
My go to product for removing mold and mildew from the exterior of my southern home. I have used this product for many years after the recommendation of a neighbor. Just spray on with a pump sprayer and rinse!

Easy cleaning with no scrubbing
Over priced but does the job. This product mixed with outdoor bleach removes dirt, grime, algae, and other gunk of off siding ,decks, and outdoor vinyl furniture in a breeze. Rinse items to be cleaned with water first then use a gallon weed sprayer to apply to object needing cleaning. Let it sit for less than five minutes and rinse with a hose with a nozzle attached. That force from the nozzle is enough to let the grime disappear. Makes outdoor cleaning actually fun because the product works great.

Wow!
This works so well. Mix according to directions, spray liberally, wait 5 minutes, and you're done. Used on my fence, aluminum patio roof and roof soffits. Such a good product and value. No scrubbing necessary.
