Fairly easy set up - USB port on front doesn't seem to accept any of my options. I only need the 2 on the back but if 3 is vital be aware this might be a defect. Otherwise connected well with my T-14 laptop, 2 diffent models of monitor, wireless keyboard & mouse as well as my head set. If you want a multi monitor office set up this is a good choice. Cost is in line for ensuring compatibilitiy for multiple generations of vairous components you might use.

Hooked up and worked perfectly on initial power up with my laptop and two screens. No idea why I order the same part number three times and the output combinations are always a little different??

Complete garbage - don't waste your money. Beyond powering your computer, it does absolutely nothing. No power to any of the ports. And don't ask Lenovo. They are of no help. Worst Amazon purchase ever. And I've bought tons of stuff.

After fighting with my old docking station for too long, I finally ordered this to work with my newly issued ThinkPad for work. I plugged it in and it magically connected to my two monitors and correctly displayed everything with no manual adjustments needed. After weeks of using it, hasn’t dropped a connection even once. It does exactly what it’s supposed to, plus it’s small and doesn’t fill up my desk. Highly recommend.

Assembled this dock last night with all my monitors and peripherals. Common sense told me that the USB C cable to connect my Lenovo laptop would plug in the front. After futzing with it for a few minutes and trying other Lenovo laptops, I finally watched a youtube video that showed the laptop is plugged in the rear.After I did this, it worked fine! Happy with this product.

Received a 2019 model, everything is in working order and the 135w plug for the wall is large enough to support my two monitors, accessories, and E14 Thinkpad as well as use with my Ideapad 1. Two days in and I am very pleased.
