Good, half empty

Came half empty/ spilled into the cap.
I used this product for the first time yesterday and when I opened the cap it was completely full of the product. So I took it out with my hands and put it on my scalp like that. It smells good and has a decent scrub. Does burn your eyes a little if they’re sensitive. When I went to use the actual applicator I noticed that there was barely any product left in the actual bottle. I’m not sure if it was preused or if All of the product that was in the cap was all that there wS in the tube but if that’s the case you’d only get a few uses out of it.
