Good
Arm & Hammer Cat Litter Review Arm & Hammer Cat Litter is a well-regarded choice among pet owners for its effective odor control and clumping capabilities. Known for incorporating baking soda into their formula, Arm & Hammer offers a range of cat litters designed to keep homes fresh and clean. Odor Control: One of the standout features of Arm & Hammer Cat Litter is its excellent odor control. The inclusion of baking soda helps neutralize odors on contact, ensuring that unpleasant smells are kept at bay. Useless!
This was a complete waste of money! I have two litter boxes, but there aren't enough crystals in one canister to cover the ltiter in both boxes. Besides, they don't do any good if the cat refuses to use the litter boxes after adding the crystals. Since I added them to the boxes (well one box and a half), he has refused to use either of them, and instead has taken to peeing on the bathroom floor and in the bathrub. Turned what was nothing more than a preacutionary measure to check on his urinary health (no symptroms or issues, just an abundeance of caution) into a major cleaning job every time he pees. I didn't get these just to make more work for myself, I got them to make sure there was no unseen issue, since he is 13 years old, now.. Won't make the mistake of wasting money on them again.

Works as advertised! Gives me peace of mind!
Purchased this when my cat started acting strange and had trouble urinating. You just sprinkle it on the litter and try to see if it reacts right after your cat goes to the bathroom. In the photo above I decided to do my own example test for fun. the first being the control, the second tap water, the third is lemon juice and the fourth is rubbing alcohol. It makes me feel better to have this around just in case!

Great for Checking on Cat
I have an older cat, so anything that can help check how he's doing is great. I've been using crystal litter, but not the type that has this capability built in as it's quite a bit pricier. So I was happy to find this product. It works, and I could tell the colors pretty well. However, as my cat is pretty large and thus, so is his litter box, I wish there was a little more product to a bottle. I will be purchasing this again in the future though.

Doesn't work
I did exactly what the container said and changed the litter 1st. Then covered the top with this. It says wait 4 hours sifter ur cat goes, so I did, and nothing. My cats don't cover most of the time so I figured this was perfect. But it didn't change color at all. I use Fresh Step clay litter. If this really works, it should tell u what litter doesn't work. Don't waste ur money.

Misleading results
I used a generous amount of crystals at the back of the litter box. My cat urinates horizontally on the back wall of the box and covers nothing so I was fairly sure these would work for him. The next day I checked the box and saw dark orange crystals infrequently and evenly distributed among the rest where he had urinated. Oh no, my cat has overly acidic urine according to the chart…nope, the unused contents left in the container in the cupboard looked exactly the same with dark orange crystals scattered throughout. This was a newly opened container. The lid was replaced tightly and it didn’t get exposed to any moisture. It changed color in the complete absence of cat urine, ON ITS OWN. At best this stuff is pointless and at worst misleading. The photo is of the unused product I poured out of the container the following morning.
