This parchment paper works great. I've used it with macaroons, varous cookies, fries, dosa, pizzas... well, I can't even think of everything I've cooked on these, and they've always performed well. These pre-cut parchment paper sheets fit my cookie trays with about 1/4 inch overlap on one side. Much nicer than tearing parchment paper to fit. This economizes while being healthier for us and better for the environment. I've decided that I prefer these not being in a dispenser, I simply stuck them in a jumbo ziplock bag to keep them clean. While they came folded/rolled in thirds, they lie flat when I put them on a sheet. Very easy to take one sheet off the folded stack when I need it and fits easily in available cupboard space. Very happy with this purchase.

Super thin and turns to dust at high temperature. I use these as a barrier between my pizza and my pizza stone for ease of use. Sliding my pizza in and out of the oven from a rack to stone and back again. This paper breaks, and tears at high temperatures. Will not be purchasing again. I only bought this brand because my normal brand was out of stock.

Fits 11X13 perfectly & does not soak thru. Will continue to reorder.

I love these precut parchment sheets for baking! They fit my industrial cookie sheets, they are unbleached, and can withstand baking for a whole batch of cookies or whatever. These sheets even hold up to using for rolling out sticky dough. They come folded in half, in plastic sleeve, and they are not scrunched up at all, just nicely folded. If you take one out and place on baking sheet, it will lay flat, have not had problem, you can turn fold over also if that helps. I will order these again.

Fits perfect for full sized baking pans - cut it in half for smaller pans. Great to use on aluminum pans, especially with foods that are acidic. Makes clean-up easier, too. Much better value than buying a roll and easier to use without that pesky curl.

Great product. Would have preferred to have a dispenser or container for the sheets.

I like that this parchment paper comes in sheets. makes it so much easier to work with. I also like that its unbleached brown. it fits my cookie sheets great and being that they come in sheets there's no curling up.plus clean up is easy.
