The product wasn't the most suitable for my father but the company took the time to contact us after this was raised and offer a different product that would be able to provide easier relief for my father. This was really appreciated as the company did what they could to help

Great Customer service
Fantastic Customer Service from Matt at Evolve - I had a problem with my order needing quick intervention and he was quick to act and really appreciate how supportive he was. Grateful for the help and will definitely use again. So far the canister is working well.

Excellent Customer Care after a faulty batch.
After deep disappointment with a faulty canister, I was surprised and delighted to receive a replacement by return of post. Subsequently I have had the best customer service I could expect, and so I have come back to amend my feedback. I have confidence in their explanation of the fault in the first order and so ordered the same product for an elderly friend who wants to try oxygen as I did.

Do your research on the reviews, very very poor product
Doesn’t dispense properly and difficult for anyone infirm to dispense, also holds next to no oxygen. In fact if you read the other reviews most people have had issues with there canisters but have rated a good review based on customer service or being given a refund. On looking to return these faulty and overpriced items I was told I would have to organize a courier and stump up the cost of postage. Avoid this company and product and look elsewhere

Flow reduces significantly after one day.
After just one day the flow of gas disappeared. For £30 one day of use is totally unsatisfactory. Found it a total waist of time, effort and money. Be very wary of buying this product. Update: after discussion I was given a full refund for faulty canister. Firm was very helpful and obliging regarding this. Updated review to 3 stars and will retry if they update design of the canister valve.

VERY GOOD PRODUCT
Very good product and well priced. I have a lung condition amongst other things and to have these canister availible in the house is a great releif. When breathing gets difficult and desperate I can ease the situation with 20 min's of oxygen, or just a few breaths sometimes is sufficient. I am told a new valve system is on its way and I will definately buy one.

First one was faulty but resolved straight away
Purchased this and it arrived yesterday. It doesn’t work. It literally worked for about 10 breaths. It’s either faulty or wasn’t full. Update- the seller sent a new one straight away which works. They called me to ask if it was resolved. Great customer service.
