LATTAFA Musamam White Intense Perfumes for women and men

I’m writing this as a complete correction to my original review, because my experience with Lattafa Musamam White Intense ended up being the exact opposite of how it started.When I first received this fragrance, I genuinely hated it. It smelled sharp, harsh, overwhelming and honestly unbearable to me. I kept coming back to it over time to see whether my opinion would change, and for quite a while, it didn’t. It still felt abrasive, loud and difficult to wear.But then, after months of sitting, something changed dramatically.Right when I was on the verge of throwing it away—and wondering what everyone else was smelling that I wasn’t—it suddenly transformed. The sharpness disappeared and what came through instead was this creamy, soft, intoxicating, addictive coconutty scent that I could not stop wearing. It became smooth, warm and genuinely beautiful. Not only that, it started pulling in a lot of compliments, and I ended up finishing the bottle in about two months.So yes, this is a total 180 from my original review. I almost can’t believe I’m writing it. I was very sceptical of the whole idea that Middle Eastern fragrances need time to mature, but in this case, that is exactly what happened. My bottle changed massively over time.My honest advice: if you try this when it first arrives and find it harsh, don’t be too quick to write it off. Let it sit. Come back to it later. It may not happen for everyone, but for me this went from a near scrubber to an addictive, compliment-getting favourite.Original Review:"I had such high hopes for Lattafa Musamam White Intense based on its description, but wow… what an absolute letdown. Overpowering. Suffocating. It gives total nanna vibes—but not the sweet, comforting kind. This is the scent of that one granny who’s always a little too handsy, wears heavy blue eyeshadow, smudged lippy and has no concept of personal space. She’s loud, brash, and never knows when to stop talking. That’s exactly what this perfume smells like—loud and over-tactile with zero chill."

Smeling so nice, the bitle is beatifull with that snake, is worthy to buy it. I love it

This is a great scent! Love the balanced coconut woodiness so creamy and fresh. It’s refreshing in summer heat and lasts so long. When it dries down on skin you smell like you’ve been blessed by coconut lotion angels! Officially a staple in my collection. Safe blind buy and compliment magnet everywhere I go

Beautiful fragrance, very sophisticated summer scent. If you're looking for a lovely, strong perfume for a summer night out, this one is perfect. However, it can definitely be worn during other seasons, and it can be unisex if men don't mind the sweetness. The only criticism I have is that it's very strong and can be headache-inducing if oversprayed indoors. It's a strong saldalwood, coconut, creamy resin, almost lactonic scent. It has a slightly musky and citrusy opening (bergamot and orange), but that settles down quite quickly, and you're left with the prettiest sandalwood/coconut candle. It would have been very cosy if it weren't so strong.

Smells nice but not long lasting at all!

Box, wow, Lataffa knows how to do it, really. Snake skin facture, opening, like glasses box, really amazing, at first. Looks luxurious, it will be not shame to give it as a gift, for sure. Bottle? Another masterpiece, snake with a'la Swarovski stones eyes, on the gold cap; yellow juice and gold letters on the round bottle really doing the job! Nice to have it on the shelf, can catch any eyes, for sure. Smell? they are nice, but nothing spectacular, really. I've got some fragrances, which just shoot me since first sniff: Khamrah, Teriaq and many more. Musamam are relatively quite expensive and hard to buy. So, when I saw them, finally on Amazon, and almost 20 quid cheaper, I just pressed buy it, immediately. Was waiting looong 4 days for delivery and, when they came, I was so excited. And after sniff I was like whaaaat??? Almost 54 quid on regular sale and scent like millions fragrances on the market? Wth? Am I bought any dupe or what? And still don't know why this one are so popular and mentioned constantly. I know, that all got different noses and preferences, but I cannot see nothing special, first sniff and is nothing unusual, dry down it's the same, just basic floral fragrance, without expected twist. Maybe I've got too high expectations now, after soo many bottles I own? It's not easy to surprise me, and Musamam fail. And even double fail, because I was expecting something wow, according to price! For 15 quid I would say ok, nice smell, nothing spectacular. For more than £50 or even £35, which I payed, it's NO, from me!

Lattafa Musamam White Intense è una fragranza che colpisce subito per il suo packaging lussuoso e particolare: il flacone dorato avvolto da un serpente e l’astuccio effetto pelle sono davvero scenografici e fanno già la loro figura come idea regalo.Il profumo è unisex, ma con una leggera tendenza verso il femminile. Al primo spruzzo si percepiscono note frizzanti di arancia e bergamotto, arricchite da un tocco speziato. Dopo pochi minuti emergono sfumature cremose e floreali grazie a ylang-ylang, cocco e mahonia, amalgamate dall’ambroxan che conferisce profondità e modernità. Il fondo è caldo e persistente, con note di sandalo, muschio e resina di benzoino che donano eleganza e carattere alla composizione.Musamam White Intense risulta molto versatile: perfetto sia per tutti i giorni che per occasioni speciali, soprattutto nelle stagioni calde. Ha una scia importante e una durata notevole soprattutto sui vestiti. Nonostante il prezzo accessibile, trasmette un senso di lusso e raffinatezza difficile da trovare in questa fascia di mercato.Consiglio questa fragranza a chi cerca un’alternativa originale, di qualità e dal packaging spettacolare, senza dover spendere una fortuna. Davvero una piacevole sorpresa!

Oh, I love this one so much! It’s spicy and bittersweet, a mysterious and sexy women’s perfume. It was a blind-buy, but exactly how I pictured it would smell. Smells expensive.
