67XL Ink Cartridge Compatible for HP Ink 67 for HP 67XL Black Ink Cartridge

This ink was great and comparable to the name-brand stuff! I installed the first cartridge, and it worked perfectly. About a year went by before I needed to use the second one, but unfortunately, when it came time to install it, my printer wouldn’t recognize it. I reached out to customer service, and they were more than helpful. They explained that printers automatically update, and as they update, they can change compatibility with third-party ink cartridges, which is why the second cartridge didn’t work. They recommended turning off automatic updates and even sent me two brand-new replacement cartridges! I really appreciate their awesome customer service and willingness to help resolve the issue!

*EDIT* I just want to update this post. Within a day of posting my comment the company reached out to me and offered a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement. They had it to me by the very next day. I'm impressed. Thank you! *ORIGINAL* I'm giving 3 stars because one of the cartridges would not connect with my printer. The other cartridge worked great. Unfortunately, I can't get a refund unless I send everything back, and I need to print now.

The first cartridge worked just fine... the second cartridge I put in just today my printer reads as empty even though there is ink definitely in it. I cannot recommend this product if only have the product is going to work. I see I am not the only one who had this problem and that turns me off from ever using this service again. I am tired of these referbished cartridges not working properly. Half of what I get doesn't work and it's becoming infuriating considering 1. it's a huge waste of money and 2. very inconvenient when you need the ink to work THAT day for printing invoices for a business. Give me one good reason to come back?

I bought this 67XL Black High-Yield compatible cartridge for my HP DeskJet hoping it would last a long time. It installed easily and the printer recognized it right away. However, it doesn’t seem to last as long as advertised. For a “high-yield” cartridge, the ink ran out faster than I expected with normal home use. I mostly print documents, and even then the lifespan felt short. The print quality is okay for basic text, but it’s not as dark or consistent as original HP ink, especially when the cartridge starts getting low. In the end, it’s usable for light printing, but it doesn’t feel like a true high-yield option, and I’m not sure I would purchase it again.

Both didn’t work with my printer, though I bought this same brand and from the same seller in the past and they did work. Waste of money.
