The 85th in the ever-popular Now series contains some of the biggest tracks of recent years, including Daft Punk's "Get Lucky" and Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines". Review: Another one of the best Now albums ever! - I love this album, I think it is better than Now 84 and last summer's Now 82 and probably on par with Now 83. My favourite songs have to be: Disc 1 Passenger - Let Her Go Justin Timberlake - Mirrors Naughty Boy feat. Sam Smith - La La La John Newman - Love Me Again P!nk feat. Lily Allen - True Love Taylor Swift - 22 The Wanted - Walks Like Rihanna Bruno Mars - Treasure Nelly - Hey Porsche Paramore - Still Into You Imagine Dragons - Radioactive Gabz - Lighters (The One) Disc 2 Rudimental feat. Ella Eyre - Waiting All Night David Guetta feat. Ne-Yo & Akon - Play Hard Armin van Buuren feat. Revor Guthrie - This Is What It Feels Like Chase & Status feat. Louis M^ttrs - Lost & Not Found Wiley feat. Angel & Tinchy Stryder - Lights On Dizzee Rasacal feat. Robbie Williams - Goin' Crazy PSY - Gentleman (As much as I want to hate it, it's just too catchy) The 1975 - Chocolate Union J - Carry You Charlie Brown - On My Way Michael Buble - It's A Beautiful Day Then there are a few songs i'm not too keen on Disc 1 Robin Thicke feat. Pharrell - Blurred Lines Jason Derulo - The Other Side Demi Lovato - Heart Attack Selena Gomez - Come & Get It Disc 2 Jessie J feat. Big Sean & Dizzee Rascal - Wild will.i.am feat. Justin Bieber - #thatPower Breach - Jack But other than that it's a fantastic album with so many recent chart hits, but there are also quite a fair few songs missing... Bruno Mars - When I Was Your Man - I was near certain this song was going to be included, but the reason it missed out was because of his more recent hit 'Treasure' (which I can't complain too much about because I prefer it) but it was however included on the 'Now That's What I Call 30 Years' album released earlier in the year. Macklemore - Thrift Shop - Should really have been on Now 84 and I thought they were going to include it on here until I recently found out that Macklemore does not allow his songs to be included on this as well as other compilation albums. Mackelmore - Can't Hold Us - Would have suited this album as it's newer than 'Thrift Shop' but again it's a Macklemore song so sadly, it couldn't be included. Lawson feat. B.o.B - Brokenhearted - Can't believe this song missed out, maybe it will appear on Now 86. Taylor Swift feat. Ed Sheeran - Everything Has Changed - The fact her previous single '22' was included is a bit of an indication that this song will be saved for Now 86. Avicii feat. Aloe Blacc - Wake Me Up (current No.1) - A really great tune and again the NOW series fail to get the song that reaches No. 1 the Sunday one day before the release date in the UK on the latest album, looks like it will again have to settle for a place on Now 86. will.i.am - Bang Bang - There are 2 main reason's as to why this song missed out, Not only is his previous single '#thatPower' included instead it's also a movie soundtrack like Adele's 'Skyfall' (Which failed to make Now 83), It still may make Now 86 though, we'll have to wait and see. 2 Chainz feat. Wiz Khalifa - We Own It (Fast & Furious) - Again, it's another movie soundtrack, I've also never known 2 Chainz to appear on a NOW album. Wretch 32 feat. Shakka - Blackout - Really shocked to see this song miss out, this 3 previous top 10 hits Traktor, Unorthodox and No. 1 single Don't Go all appeared on Now 78, 79 and 80 and this song reached a decent No. 6 but somehow failed to make the cut. Weird. Stooshe - Slip - Same for this song, it charted a lot higher than previous single 'waterfalls' which was included on Now 83, and all their other songs have appeared on NOW albums. Again, weird. Arctic Monkeys - Do I Wanna Know - I have never known the Arctic Monkeys to appear on a NOW album, so I just knew this song wasn't going to be on this one. Then there are the surprise inclusions that I wasn't really expecting.. Paramore - Still Into You - Never known Paramore to appear on a Now album however lead singer Hayley Williams did appear on Now 77 as a featured artist on B.o.B's single 'Airplanes' but this is the first appearance on a NOW from the band itself. The new compiler Jenny Fisher may just have something to do with it. The 1975 - Chocolate - Only peaked at #19 (The lowest charting single on here) a good few months back, however I am glad it was included as it's a great indie song, sort of see is as a filler track. Apart from that this album is pretty much spot on, It has 44 tracks the same as the last 2 summer albums 79 and 82 which is pretty much what I was expecting, and all the number 1's since Now 84 are included. Every song has peaked within the top 20 (just like Now 84) and despite the fact it doesn't have the current No. 1 but I think it's done very well to include a lot of new songs that were yet to chart when the track listing was revealed, which was one of the things I didn't like about Now 82, was when the track listing for that album was revealed, every song had already entered the charts so it felt rather dated. This album has done very well by putting in loads of recent hits, sort of reminds me of Now 76 3 years ago when they missed out a lot of old songs and put in a lot of new ones, this is in my opinion one the best and strongest NOW's yet, and there's a great mix of genre's to keep you listening throughout the rest of the summer, so if you are into the recent chart scene, buy this album, you won't be disappointed! Review: You get what you see - I only recently started putting reviews on products, (been an desertcart customer since 2002), and I've realised that with things like CD compilations, if you don't already know what you're getting, it was a bit dumb to buy it in the first place. With the 'Now' CDs this is especially true, so all my reviews for these will be 5*, because I know the songs before I purchase, love some of them, like others & can't stand some. These are brilliant albums if you want to keep up to date with the latest pop tracks and are always easy to listen to, with the swear words cut on the more edgy ones so kids can listen as well. So if you read the track listings and like them, then buy it, if you don't then don't. Simple.

Now 85 great overview of recent chart hits
This is a very comprehensive collectionn of recne chart hits. For the price it is excellent value. The focus is on pop and dance with only a few rock outings e.g. 1975. The first four tracks on sifde 1 including Daft Punk are the best tracks of the year. As a collection it is good for a teen it is unbeatable.

More Hits Than Misses This Time
I always buy the 'Now' albums because they contain about 40% of the Chart songs I've liked that season and it works out cheaper to just buy this album rather than buy each of those songs individually. Usually I'll check out the albums associated with the artist but most of them aren't as good as their reigning single. There's a fair few decent hits on this and it's better than some previous 'Now' albums released but there's still (as always) a disproportionate amount of urban hits compared to light, fun, pop songs which everyone knows. There seems to be an ongoing trend with old hits being re-released too (I can only assume this is because they know this year's X Factor single before everyone else or that there is an artist about to bring out some cover of it). A good collection for a 'Now' album with lots of hits but still contains a few too many 'misses'.

Always Fantastic.
This is an excellent compilation, always including good songs. It is clear that sometimes they can not get access to all the hits but is a good effort. On this for instance I really miss "Thrift Shop" or "Can't hold us down" by Macklmore and Lewis, big hits I expected to be included and nothing happaned...in any case this collection is always...$%$ Awesome¡¡

Abwechslungsreich
Wie die Vorgänger-CD klingt diese CD sehr abwechslungsreich. Auf dieser CD befinden sich auch Songs die in Deutschland noch nicht oder erst vor kurzem veröffentlicht wurden.

For My First UK Now CD, Perfect CD
Absolutely love this CD. It has some of my favorites on it like Heart Attack, #thatPOWER, Play Hard, Gentleman and lots more. Plus the UK songs were great on here (I am in the US and this is my first UK Now CD). If you love energetic and playful songs from 2013 this CD has everything you could want. Can't wait to get more of these
