It comes nicely packaged in a small box and then a bag for easy transport. Inflation is easy with the compression of a mound on the top of it, I found this quite easy but my girlfriend really struggled with it as you can't make soft compressions with it and have to be quite vigorous to get it inflated!Once inflated you can place it around your neck with two push studs to keep it in position. I'm not going to lie, with it fully inflated and placed around the neck if felt a little bit like being strangled. It did provide support so you could rest on it and sleep, but the tightness on the neck was a little unsettling. You can let some air out (small plug on the back) but then it lost its shape. Even without the studs done up it's tight!It's a good concept, just a shame it feels like you're being strangled when using it! The material too was a little harsh, and I can see it getting very sticky on a warm day, I was hoping for a smooth finish but this is more like gortex.
