TOTALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY (Canada Direct)! The worst company in the world! They give such a hard time to return the product! They send me this AC without cables and installation hardware! They do not mention these things in the description. I would give them ZERO rating if I could!!! Very bad experience! Thanks to Amazon, they helped me to get my full refund!
