Anytime we don't need to convince the kiddo to consume their food is a win, and we're still figuring out which flavors go down smoother and easier than others. Ours loved this Apple-Strawberry-Beet combo which isn't two surprising as it both smells and tastes VERY sweet. The consistency is very smooth as it's been very thoroughly pureed and this was just a winner all around. No crying. No pushing the spoon away (after the first initial introduction that EVERY flavor we've ever tried gets). Once they got a taste of this one and became familiar with the smell and taste, they were happy to gobble this up for every feeding they could get it. We'll likely restock this one going forward. This is a new favorite. ***Overall Value*** A popular flavor with 10 jars, we'll be picking this up for as long as its offered and it provides everything our kiddo needs. Which only lasts for so long, but for now it's just nice to have a flavor we know they'll accept reliably.

This is a package of 10, 4oz. jars of Gerber Organic Baby Food - Apple Strawberry Beet flavor. The jars were packed in a cardboard/plastic-wrapped package. When you open the lid on the jar, you will hear a "pop" sound to indicate that the jar has not been opened previously (good for food safety reasons.) The ingredients are organic apples, organic strawberries, organic beets, and Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid.) No added sugars. 50 calories per jar. The flavor is delicious. The texture is very smooth. You can taste the apple and the strawberry. The lids are flat on top, which makes stacking in the cabinet an easy proposition. Gerber is a trusted brand and has been in the baby food business for many years.

We bought the apple, strawberry, and beet flavored jars and they tasted delicious ( baby and parents approved). The ingredients are organic and there aren’t any additives (other than the one ingredient to preserve them). The package did come with a jar broken and it was a pain to wash all the jars without cutting yourself, hence why I gave it 4 stars since there was no option for a new shipment. The safety top made me comfortable with still using the other unbroken jars after I washed them. This is most likely a packaging issue with not using enough padding.

I was looking forward to introducing my baby to new flavors and textures, but this experience left me frustrated and worried about the safety of my child. I understand that accidents happen, but I expected better quality control from Gerber.

This organic baby food is delicious, even to the grown ups in our house. It's naturally sweet with no sugars added and is great for infants who are just starting to eat solids. The consistency is not too pasty or runny and is perfect. I store whatever is leftover in the fridge and it keeps well in the jars.

Gerber has always been her favorite baby food. I feel like it’s high-quality and has good ingredients that the baby likes. I like that this comes in a quality pack, making it cheaper. I was a little worried about the class being shipped, but there was not even one broken jar.

The 10 jars of Gerber organic apples, strawberries and beets are 4 ounces each. The flavor is exceptionally good. The taste of apples dominates and the texture is very close to applesauce. You can taste the strawberries too, but the taste of beets isn't very noticeable. I think the beets add some good vegetables while also adding sweetness. Each jar is only 50 calories, but is as filling as a yogurt. This is excellent quality baby food that you'll have no trouble getting your baby to eat.

My picky two year old typically doesn't like strawberries or beets so I was skeptical if she would eat it. Luckily this was mainly apple sauce with a hint of strawberries and beets, she loved it, asking for seconds. This is a 4oz, 50 calorie jar so it's a small snack. This is probably more suitable for small babies starting to dive into the world of purees.
