They roll down and become very uncomfortable and they don’t breathe well at all. Don’t waste your money.

Finally something worked for my MCL injury
I bought this for my MCL injury. The knee compression sleeve stays in place all day. It is comfortable and works well for stabilizing my knee. Also it gives me much needed support when walking, especially go up or downstairs. I didn’t give much try on patella strap yet, just wearing it during my spin bike training, no knee pains after that. I am very satisfied with this product.

Don’t buy
I bought this to help me with knee support cause I weight lift and my knees are starting to ache. I tried it on and when I would walk, it started to fold over and go below my knee. I bought this based off of the good reviews but this was not worth it.
