Integrates flawlessly with home assistant
Easy to setup and works great with home assistant. I have one sensor triggering my front porch light and another one that turns on my work bench light. Great for the price.

Works great for some uses, but questionable for others
I got this to use as a mailbox cubby motion sensor in my complex’s USPS compartment to detect when the USPS carrier leaves mail in my cubby, and after using a bit of tape over the lens to partially occlude it to reduce its sensitivity and playing with its position on the roof of my cubby to generate fewer false alarms, it’s working pretty well…My unit is close enough to the mailbox that it can pick up a WiFi signal from my router, so it works fine. The motion sensors integrate well with the Smart Life app I’ve been using for half a year now for Siri voice control of lights, and the sensors were easy to add to the app.I used the 2nd sensor (without any tape over the lens) in my bedroom to turn on the lights when I entered the room, and to turn them off when I leave. Works pretty good..The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is there’s ~4.5 sec. delay period (aka latency) after motion occurs before a response is triggered (as noted by other reviewers. In this case, I waved my hand in from of the sensor with my body hidden from around the corner of the entryway to the room, measuring delay with a stopwatch).I don’t know how this latency compares to products sold by their competitors, but thought I’d mention it, as anyone looking for a hair-trigger low-latency response device might want to look elsewhere (this works fine as a mail detector, but as I said, it’s not as responsive for other uses, and latency can’t be changed by using the Smart Life app).

Scared the life out of me - too many false positives
I used this to set up an automation where if movement is detected in the hallway, the lights come on low. The idea was that if we get up in the night, we can see through the house without fumbling for switches or turning the lights on high by mistake.Unfortunately, this sensor has no sensitivity control, and I got the fright of my life when in the night I recieved several notifications in a row that movement was detected in my home. I used another app to see a log, and saw that it had 'detected motion' every 15 seconds for about 20 minutes solid, in a dark, empty hallway. The irony is, when I was moving in the hall, there was a 15-20 second delay on sensing me - so I'd have been out of the hallway before the lights even came on anyway. The main perk is the design - if yours works as intended, it is probably the smallest, cleanest looking option. If I hadn't thrown out the box in haste, I would return immediately.

Poor battery life.
I'm not sure how I get 6 months of battery life out of these. I replaced the batteries less than a month after putting it to use (purchased in mid February.) Now late April and the batteries need replacement again. I'm not sure if there is a better alternative, but will look for something that has a better battery life.

great little gadget
Just got a set of two and I'm buying two more. I got them setup in less than 5 minutes and the work great. I put one to monitor the front door and another for the rear door. Planning to use one in my jeep so when I take my door and top off I can get some warning since I have a hotspot on it.

Very slow
Very slow to respond to motion. Quickly replaced it with a zigbee model that does not go through tuya.
