Dr. Scholl's are Not what they use to be. I bought a pair last year & they broke in less than a year. And I replaced that pair in July with this pair & the strap broke in less than a month! I've been a loyal customer of Dr. Scholl's for years as has my mom, but that's no more. I'd give it 0 stars if I could. So poor, poor, Poor quality.

I bought the original and they were so heavy and i literally couldn’t keep them on my feet. These are lighter weight and when you wear them, they look like the originals. I grew up with these shoes and no clue how I wore them all summer. The wood aren’t even a little comfy. The rubber is better by far but I have not worn them out. Keeping them on isn’t super easy but they are far better than the wood. I do recommend these. Cute on. I would not wear them on a long walking day tho.

But for the price and for walking out to the pool in the morning through the wet grass,. Perfect! Thought they originally were lower cost because of patterns on straps. But NOT wooden soles. Buckle is not functional, but has Velcro to adjust fit. And maybe it's my old legs and feet, but I'm not as sturdy on these as i was back in the 70s. Have to be very careful, afraid I'll slip and twist an ankle or break a leg. Whereas years ago. I wore these all day, every day. But still fun to wear!

After breaking my foot, again in the same area, my Orthopedist ordered me to wear a carbon insert in my shoe and stiff slippers or sandals, rather than my usual sports recovery slippers that he said are too soft and flexible. He had recommended a different, more expensive, brand, but I remembered my old “pals” from my college days. As part of the ballet troupe, our Director required us to wear the Dr. Scholl’s then wooden sole clogs during some rehearsals because she could tell when we were out of synch. 🤣 But, they were so comfortable and made our feet strong. So, I ordered these, now with a synthetic “wood” sole. I have ridiculously high arches and need more support than these provide; otherwise, I am strengthening my foot wearing them and my Orthopedist would be pleased. I took this photo while wearing my boot socks when outdoor temps were in the teens; had just recently received the clogs. Pros: sturdy, stiff foot support; fits as expected; non-slip sole Cons: somewhat slippery upper; little arch support

So comfortable. Now my favorite shoe for summer. Love the color.

Comfortable, but I do miss the wooden sole, as these are rubber, but they are nice to wear and make me feel nostalgic

So comfy, wanted a pair of these for ages but struggled to get women’s size 9, excellent to have found them 10/10

The shoes doesn’t have a lot of grip, my foot keeps coming out of the shoe. Not enough to hold my foot together

I love these as I have trouble with my legs & feet as I have severe sciatica & these are the only sandals that help me when I am out & about as they are so comfortable & no pain whatsoever when I go bck home after being on my feet all day, I certainly recommend them & hopefully they will bring different colours in these lovely sandals thx

Fit well but the strap holds by Velcro not the sliding strap as Scholls did. Fit is true to size will wear them in the summer. Always loved these sk glad to be able to get them again
