Damaged product - no replacement support
Received a copper hammered lagaan with visible scratches and dents on the lid. I requested a replacement, and although it was initially approved and shipped, the replacement order was later cancelled stating that the customer had rejected it, which did not happen in my case. The overall experience was disappointing, especially due to the condition in which the product arrived and the confusion during the replacement process. The product quality also did not meet the expectations created by the listing and reviews. Would recommend checking the product carefully upon delivery.

Edges are too sharp.
Cover doesn’t fit properly and both cover and pot edges are very sharp. Need to be very careful while cleaning. Was looking for better finishing.

Good quality, worth the money
Got it for my mother and she says it doesn’t stick, heats up quick, and from some meals I can say it does cook well

Lid does not fit
I had to returned it. Pot has dent and lid does not fit

Slightly damaged
The product arrived well-packaged, but I’m disappointed to find that the pot is damaged—scratched and slightly misshapen—which prevents the lid from fully covering it. I had high hopes for this product, especially since it was recommended by a family member who lives near the place where it’s manufactured.

Copper cookware
The copper cooking vessel appears to be of good quality. I have not used it yet since it’s large and I haven’t had a chance to cook for so many people. The reason I have not given it 5 stars is because it arrived in a broken box and was not packed inside a secure Amazon box. Besides, there was no manual enclosed or any care instructions inside.
