I'm a bigger guy, but I'm wearing a 2X (I've never worn a 2X anything in my life) so I'm sure that the size isn't completely correct. Although, I have a competetor scrub set too, and 2X there is fitting as well. My only concern, and not enough to take a star away, is that the drawstring doesn't stay put... the rubber tips on the ends aren't big enough to keep them from coming through the waistband... so I have to tie the strings before I put it in to the wash, and then again before I put it into the dryer. Those 10 seconds aren't enough for me to complain too much about this. They're lightweight, and allow for great movement. I do wish, and this is on every pair of scrubs I've bought, that the v-neck collar was a bit stronger... my badge is heavy, and it's on a reel... the reel constantly flips over because the collar of the V-neck isn't too strong.
