Making Faces: A First Book of Emotions (Baby Loves Books)

My 9 month old baby absolutely loves this book, she’ll always pick it out of the pile, hold it up and smile at the faces. She’s just started copying the tongue out one too! A lovely read with real life images.

Such. Cute book teaching emotions and faces

This book is great for teaching your children emotions, withing a few days my children were copying all the faces and loved looking at themselves in the mirror. Was a great one for them to read alone or with an adult! Would recommend

My baby enjoys looking at the faces in this book and chewing the edges (it holds up well). Love a book with real pictures of babies and talking about them and the expressions

Really lovely book. Could only give 4 stars because we found the first happy face really doesn't look happy. Overall, the faces could match the expressions better. But it's well put together and my son loves getting to the end to see the mirror!

My baby love the different faces on the pages of the book. The highlight was when he see himself in the mirror at the last page and he tries to make different faces at a go. We turn it into an activity where we pick facial gesture and ask him to replicate it.

Really funny book, my daughter loves it

This book is a great introduction to emotions for little children. They use real baby faces and lots of different looking children - great diversity!! The book is simple but clear which I like. There is also a mirror on the back page which is fun for doing our own emotions.

Size is cute But the baby's face pictures are not accurate It makes confuses.

Only complaint is that the "angry baby" looks sad (crying) and my kids are confused because they can see the baby is sad more so than angry
