After purchasing these lights to shine on my American flag relative to flag protocol, I was amazed at the brightness of the lights that stayed on all night long until the sun rose in the morning. I have always stayed away from solar spotlights because of the results that I was not happy with. However, after reading some reviews of these lights, I decided to give it a try, installed them, and cannot believe how great they operate. They were extremely easy to install, were extremely bright on the flag area and the quality of the product for such a low price was great. I contacted and spoke with a representative by email for a question and that question was answered immediately and courteously. I would highly recommend the purchase of these lights. I will note that I had contact with the seller for questions and their feedback was great. They were easy to work with their response assisted me with the light installation. I would work with them again.

I find most solar lights to no meet expectation, not the case here. I had found one other I had liked recently and decided to try this pair. It consists of one solar panel with two wires that each feed a small substantial metal lamp. At first I thought how are these little things going to put out any real light, but I was wrong. As you can see in the pictures they put out quite a bit of light and do a really nice job of accenting the house at night. They light up the number plaque so it can easily be read from the street at night. Unlike most solar lights that use motion detection and only go on for a short period of time, these come on at dark and stay on until the battery is depleted. The exact amount of time will be a function of how much sun they get during the day. I know they stay on past 11pm, but have not been out to see if they go beyond that, but that is more than plenty as far as I am concerned..

SELLER'S REVIEW: Originally, I purchased this light and it did not have the stake for the solar panel. I e-mailed the seller, and after several attempts at trying to explain that I just needed the stake, they still didn't quite understand and offered to send a box of miscellaneous replacement parts, which could take several weeks. Needless to say, I returned that item and just re-purchased a new one and received that in 2 days. I appreciate the sellers eagerness to try and help, but perhaps it was the language barrier, or maybe the seller was just a drop shipper and didn't really understand what a "stake" is. And, again, I appreciate the offer of miscellaneous replacement parts, but I didn't want to take the chance that my part wouldn't be in there, and I certainly didn't want to wait several weeks. It would have been nice if they just offered to re-send a new unit, or offer some sort of modest discount for the replacement, but that did not happen. PRODUCT REVIEW: Man, this thing is BRIGHT! It's got a bit larger solar panel than you'd find on a typical solar landscape light. And I love that the lights have a decent sized cord, so you can put the panel in a sunny location, and use the lights somewhere it's shady. I use them as an uplight on a couple trees. If I put a regular solar landscape light there, with the solar panel attached, they would get no direct sun, and not work. This works wonderfully! Lasts as long as I can tell - only had them our for a few days, and I can report that after 6-7 hours of operation, they were still going strong. I suspect they stayed on until dawn. They're more of a beam than a spread, which is great for taller objects, like if you wanted to uplight a flag, a tall tree, or an object further away. They are much, much brighter that any other solar light I've tried. Honestly, if I didn't know this was solar, I would absolutely think this was a plug-in electric light. This would be a 5-Star review, if not for the initial issue.

I purchased this light kit in 2019 and loved it. The lights are bright and stay on throughout the night as long as they get 6 to 8 hours of direct sunlight during the day. Unfortunately, in the last month or so, I started noticing that the lights only provided about 3 hours of light per night. I contacted the manufacturer via email to inquire about the 2 year warranty, and I received a very professional and helpful response from Tracy, who sent me TWO brand new sets of lights to replace the one that wasn't performing up to par. I received the new sets of lights this week, and so far, they are working great. With service like that, I would gladly buy this product again, and I recommend it to others as well.

The stake for the solar panel broke in about a week. It is made of plastic, but the force it takes to break it is not much. The lights have a bluish hue as most solar lights have. Relatively bright depending on how much sun the panel gets.

Before I purchased this light I was concerned about how difficult would be the installation. as some of solar lights with panels require drilling the holes which I am not able to do. now I can tell for amazon customers that the installation of these lights are very easy and very convenient/ As you can place the solar panel at the very open spot with sunshine the whole day and the actual lights in the shade. Nice enough lights, and having two from a single larger panel can be convenient, especially if you want the lights in a shadier area. Huge prof is waterproof. Unfortunately many of solar lights are not waterproof design which makes me wonder as I think that everyone would install the light out door and yes we have rain sometimes so what I suppose to do? running around when its rain and cover all my lights? ridiculous! So I bought these lights and very happy to have them They work the whole night till earlier morning. My 1 minor complaints is that there is only one brightness settings, where the lights can go bright or dim. That's nice, because dim will run thru the night, and these don't make it the whole night, and they are actually brighter than I wanted. Hard to complain about bright though, so no deduction. If you're looking for even softer light - and these are a warm white. so 1 feature I wish to be improved - to add brightness setting to this light. However this is my favorite solar lights so far. I bought 2 sets. One set died after two days! I checked all the wiring and all looks good so maybe it was defective. The other one that was installed right next to it is still working after one week. The lights are really bright and work well to light up a tree in my front yard. I had planned on buying more for my backyard but I don't think I will now since one died on me. Hoping I can get the broken one replaced. UPDATE: the 2nd set has now stopped working. These are trash! Don't waste your money!

I absolutely love this product. I wanted something that was solar that would light up our house beautifully at night. These work great. They last a good 6-8 hours too which really surprised me. These are much better quality than the ones i would see at the chain retail stores in our area. Highly recommend. I absolutely love this product.
