I've flown to Australia many times, most of them my insulin was not much good, it arrived warm despite spending on cold bags designed for travel.. This time the cold pack was still solid in the centre and insulin nice and cool, this was the ultimate test, an overnight stop before hitting Heathrow, then 20 hours in the air plus stopover. Must have been 40 hours in all and it worked like a dream. I needed two of these Coolers staying for 3 months, a lot of insulin. Thoroughly recommend this cooler

I'd recommend this, it kept insulin below 5'C in very arduous conditions in Thailand for hours on end... impressive Only possible suggestion... Lid could benefit from a redesign from a screw fit to a twist-lock
