This phone made life easier
This phone made life easier for my father-in-law, who is dealing with early onset dementia. He was having difficulty using a standard phone with numbers stored into its memory, and would often end up deleting numbers by hitting incorrect menu options. This phone made it simple to pick up the handset and simply push the button with the name or picture of whoever he is trying to call. We have had this installed for him for quite some time now, and it still works perfectly. There have been zero issues. I highly recommend this phone for anyone in a similar situation.

NO DIALING FOR YOUR FAVORITES
My 83 yr old mom loves this. I programed who she calls regularly and put their photo. She loves sitting at the desk and just pressing a button to call. The numbers are large too so when she would have to dial a number it is easy

Perfect for seniors!
Great for seniors with dementia. I purchased this phone for my mother-in-law and it has worked great for her. The picture squares are pretty small (maybe 1” x 1”) so I used Canva to size and print them and it was a breeze. Even though they’re small, she has no problem seeing them. This phone is easy to program and I don’t notice any issues with sound quality. I’m purchasing 2 more for my grandkids so they can call me whenever they want! 😊

AWFUL ringer and sound quality. Buttons are large but elderly parents asked me to remove it immediately due to the low quality.

VERY LOUD RING TONE - Cannot be adjusted
So far so good. Easy to program. Love the big photo buttons HOWEVER The ring tone is VERY LOUD and cannot be adjusted even thought there are buttons to reduce the volume. They didn't work. Also cannot change the sound of the ring tone. It can be very startling. Would be good if your loved one is hard of hearing.

Great for my elderly parent
I bought this for my elderly parent who has started having a hard time navigating her iPhone and handheld landline to make calls. This phone seem to be doing the trick. The large buttons with pictures of her family, friends, and 911 are much easier for her to use. It was easy to program.

Easy to use
Bought this for my mother in law. She has Parkinson’s and some cognitive decline . The single programmable buttons makes placing a phone call simple and allows her to keep in touch with family.
