Poor packaging quality and poor consumer orientation
We have been regular consumers of PARSI DAIRY FARM. Their 100% Cow GHEE is expensive but good quality. However their packaging quality has deteriorated radically and one can’t open the packaging, without eventually hurting one self. What’s even more concerning is the lack of any solution or ownership of the issue from the PARSI DAIRY FARM team. The matter has been discussed in detail with them but they have no solution to offer and neither are they owning up. It’s a problem in each of the bottles in current order. Disappointed
