I didn't breast feed so I was expecting a lot of pain and tenderness when my milk came in. This is my 3rd baby and i knew what to expect. I bought 2 boxes of this tea in anticipation.. I only used 1 box. It definitely helped. I didn't have to make a bra out of cabbage leaves this time aroind. I barely had any pain at all. This may or may not have something to do with my baby being in the NICU and being unable to hold her. I heard that holding a baby and hearing them cry produces milk.
