a. Took it first time as seen with most powerliftersb. It's ammonia salt with very pungent sniffc. only sniff when doing heavy bench, squat, deadlift or pressesd. Take 1st sniff from a little far & once you are easy, then sniff harde. Do not sniff suddenly as it hits your brain nerves directlyf. NOT FOR KIDS
