Good product overall and the weighing accuracy was very useful for my fitness diet and kitchen measurements. The design is simple and easy to use. However, after some months of normal usage, the display stopped working completely. Hoping the warranty support team resolves the issue soon.

The product quality is poor, as it does not measure accurately. I intended to return it, but I was unable to do so because the return window closed while I was occupied with high-priority work. Management, Please help me on my return product. Please don;t buy this product.

It's a full plastic build accuracy is great
It's accurate durability is decent it's a plastic on top too with the metal silver finish used 6 months then it showed inaccuracies so I got it repaired with the warranty claim it's a fine product overall
