I got some freeze dried corn in a salad kit and had never tried it before. Who know I'd been missing out on a really tasty salad addition but an even better treat. I've had their products in the past with a few on my shelves now. They had it at a great price as well. A pound is a large number 10 can size of corn so a good amount for the price. I opened it up right away and it's so good. It's a pretty yellow like fresh corn, the aroma is a nice fresh corn smell and the taste is over the top good. While you can rehydrate this corn my only reason for getting it is snacks and food toppers. If you love corn this is a great buy.

The corn is a nice yellow color, good quality, big, thick pieces of corn, that taste like fresh corn whether it's dry or hydrated. This can functions by keeping it shelf stable for 25 years until opened and very convenient. The freeze-dried process preserves the color, taste, texture, and nutrients of food. The can it comes in is sturdy and I haven't received a dented can. I buy this freeze dried corn when the price goes down and I use it for everyday cooking. I find this product as a very good value and I will continue to purchase it.

Nice price for a good product. I use this for baking recipes, both homemade crackers and homemade cookies. It adds a unique sweetness to the flavor.

This thing is enormous. I didn’t read the listing well enough because I was not expecting a restaurant sized container. This thing is massive. I’ve had it for months and still haven’t opened it because I know once I do, I won’t be able to eat a quarter of it before it goes soft. This is wonderful if you regularly make large dishes with it or perhaps feeding a zoo. Honestly, I don't know what to do with it. I’m sure it’s good. Freeze dried corn is delicious. The price is great because I was expecting far less portion for what I paid.
