Nielsen-Massey Pure Coffee Extract for Baking and Cooking, 18 Ounce Bottle

I hope it's okay that this review is not very long. But I am a baker by hobby, and sometimes for specific events. But I love Nelson Massey love love love there extracts or flavors whichever one you want to call them. The lemon the coffee the chocolate and my very favorite the Madagascar bourbon vanilla. You should try it people I hope you do have a great day.

I first bought this to make Mary Berry's Sticky Toffee Pudding. The only negative is the container looks just like vanilla extract and I once used it by mistake in a different recipe, so beware! But then, a little coffee usually doesn't hurt anything, right?

I used the coffee extract the first time today making my spritz cookies, but altering them to taste like caramel macchiato. I added caramel and the coffee and deleted the vanilla from the recipe and they are excellent. And smell awesome..

Yummy! Has a great coffee flavoring but not very strong — I use primarily to emphasize chocolate flavoring but have also used it to make coffee desserts! Maybe I just love a strong coffee flavoring but it’s not enough for a STRONG coffee flavor in most desserts by itself. Which is fine, it still works perfectly for our needs :) I love the bottle!

I used this extract this weekend to enhance the flavor of coffee cream-it was very tasty. The flavor was rich and added complex notes. I will be using this in other recipes-everyone was very pleased with the ice cream.

I had high hopes for this product as I love their vanillas but was pretty disappointed. It didn’t actually resemble “coffee” flavour at all both in the original bottle or once added to my product.

I am beyond pleased to receive my order of the coffee and Madagascar bourbon vanilla extracts, because they are my absolute favorite for baking, and I had to write this review because they were packed with such loving care. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Thank you so much! ❤️

Los mejores extractos. Buenisimos. Naturales. Realmente vale la pena. Para realzar el sabor de postres de chocolate y de café. Lo recomiendo 100%

This is great for making coffee cake, easy to measure and mixes through perfectly. Great taste in the end product. Personal preferenceis to add a wee bit more as I love coffee cake. Will buy again.
