Decent taste. Works well.
I have been using this and a Berberine drops to help with my sugar addiction and over consumption of foods. does contain sugar alcohol
This does contain vegetable glycerin which is a sugar alcohol. So, if your goal is to reduce your taste for sweets, I don't recommend it. While it does work & eventually blocks the taste of sweet, initially when you take it, it tastes sweet.

Don’t work for me
It doesn’t work and I can’t return. I’m trying to cut of sugar drinks and I had the most sweetest treat and it’s made with nothing but oil, sugar and cornstarch it called Halwa after taken this and even had more sugar things. I remembered having hot flashes at the beginning of consuming it, what was that?
