Great mattress!!! This is my first new mattress in 13 years. It was super easy to set up and it is extremely comfortable, I don't toss and turn anymore and I don't wake up with any pains anymore.. My bedroom is on the second floor and due to it being in a box I was able to bring it up stairs super easily. I love how affordable it is and how quickly it arrived. It's not to firm and not to soft, it's just right. I love the 10 inch thickness it's the perfect size for my bedframe and even though it's a budget mattress it looks like a premium mattress. Overall a great product, my sleep has improved significantly.

I love this mattress!! I’ve had this for about three weeks now and I have nothing but good things to say about it. It’s very supportive, with slight firmness and plush. The only negative thing would be there is not much support on the edges. But that being said, I get a great nights sleep every night with this mattress. I will continue to buy from this company for my future mattresses!

Not a bad mattress, fairly comfortable. The ends of the mattress have absolutely zero support.If you have a child or a pet that sleeps on a bed with you, be prepared to buy something to catch them.Because they will roll straight off the end of the bed and hit the floor

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’m very impressed with this Novilla 10-Inch Twin Hybrid Mattress. It arrived well-packaged, expanded quickly after unboxing, and was ready to sleep on within a couple of days. The combination of memory foam and individually wrapped coils provides a great balance of comfort and support. It has a medium-firm feel that keeps my back supported while still offering enough cushioning to relieve pressure on my shoulders and hips. I also noticed very little motion transfer, making it a great choice for kids, guest rooms, or anyone who shares a bed. The mattress feels breathable and stays comfortable throughout the night without trapping excessive heat. For the price, the quality is excellent and it feels much more expensive than it is. If you’re looking for an affordable hybrid mattress that’s comfortable, supportive, and easy to set up, this Novilla mattress is a fantastic choice. I would definitely purchase it again.

We ordered this mattress last year in a smaller size for our daughter and it is incredibly soft and comfortable. However the King-size version we recently purchased for ourselves is noticeably firmer, which is disappointing since we expected it to be the same as the previous one we ordered. The mattress arrived without any major issues. The box was a bit beat up, but not terrible, and the mattress expanded quickly after set up. Overall, it’s okay - but definitely not the same feel or softness that we were expecting.

My husband got a hospital bed so I found myself needing a bed for myself. I chose this mattress kinda blindly, but it turned out to be a good choice. It's comfortable, I sleep very well. It's not a bouncy mattress, which can be annoying, just very comfertable. The cost was surprisingly low. I chose 10 inches as a sort of in between size. My bottom sheets are a bit loose as I think most are designed for 12 inch or taller mattresses but that does not bother me, they don't slip off, just don't fit "tight". This would be a good choice for a child or an adult starting out.

This is literally the first bad review I’ve ever given. We got the king size 12 inch hybrid the beginning of June. Yes the other reviews are accurate these beds have no support, are floppy etc. This wasn’t even my main issue. After about a week of having this mattress I began to break out in a rash. So I began to do a process of elimination. Soaps, detergents, perfumes even medications. We also have two inside pets, looked into them as well they aren’t the culprit. The other two people in my home don’t have this issue, but they also aren’t sleeping in this bed. This rash along with blistering and scarring has persisted for the last two months. I’ve been to the doctor multiple times over it, steroid shots and prednisone it’ll temporarily make it go away but it comes back with a vengeance. I can’t definitively say this bed is causing it, but I can say the last two days I haven’t slept in this bed and my rash and itching is going away. I contacted Novilla customer support through email and also like the other reviews have listed, no reply after two days. Amazon though, is coming to pick the bed up today. I don’t know what exactly the type of materials or flame protectant they are putting into these beds, but if you possibly have sensitive skin, I 10/10 absolutely do not recommend. I won’t even lay my child on this bed because of how it’s made my skin react out of fear it’ll make them react the same way. Below I have the tag showing the make and model of bed, I’m curious if anyone else has had this issue and if it’s proven this mattress is causing this possibly a recall because this isn’t normal.
