KHOMO GEAR Rectangular Sun Shade Sail 18 x 22 Ft UV Block Fabric - White

Great for price but fabric arrived flawed in 3 places where exposing holes

i love the Khomo Gear rectangle sunshade. we have a big 18’ x 22’ over our inground pool. It’s white color thats hard to find in a sunshade, it does offer good shade plus UV. we mounted 4, 6” x 6” pressure treated posts in cement on 4 sides of pool area . With the mounting hardware we have it attached to the pole extension to the shade with rope so we can raise and lower it quick and easy if theres any damaging wind. It has stayed up in some windy conditions without a problem. im buying another one as a back up to be sure i can get that size and color in the future.

I liked the size, rectangular. Material seems the same as all the other cheap sails, the biggest problem is the reinforcement for attaching the metal loops to the sail is not strong enough especially for 22 x 18 sale size. Two of the 4 loops broke off the sail in two months of setting up. There was no rain here in California and the winds here were not strong either so I don't know why they gave up so quickly. Will not be buying again.

Love these sails, but when I got this last year to put up now, it's not the advertised size. Won't fit my deck now!

After only two months, one of the corner D-rings tore through the lightweight webbing that is only about 8" long, and sewn to the corner, rather than going all the way around the sail like other brands. This design flaw makes this sail useless other than perhaps for a single event. It is definitely not made to last, which is why the return window is only 30 days with no warranty. Unless you just need this for a single event, I suggest you look to another, higher quality brand.

Bought 4 of them for a vacation rental. 1st one broke in two weeks. ALL were worthless in 6 weeks. I'm very use to this type of shade. The last ones I had lasted 3 years and I only wanted to replace because I bought red ones and they faded. The red ones even lasted through Hurricane Matthew because we ran out of time to get them down before evacuation.
