Beautiful in ice cream
I used this in my ice cream. It doesn't have much taste so I added powdered vanilla. It turned out delicious and everyone took pictures of the package to buy it.

Not blue.
Even when opening the package the content was darker gray. I added the powder to white frosting and it had no hues of blue. Disappointed and description misleading.

A high-quality, USDA Organic certified blue butterfly powder with numerous applications ...
I've been trying to collect a stockpile of alternative or homeopathic supplements in capsule, liquid, leaf, and powder form. I've never heard of blue butterfly pea, but it didn't take long for me to check it out. There are all kinds of uses, many more than I thought I'd find. It has health benefits galore. TI can easily see why they call the flower "nature's jewel." On the label there's a list of applications or benefits: antioxidant properties, anti-inflammatory effects, cognitive support, mood elevation, eye health, digestive support, as well as skin and hair health. I'm actually not quite sure how I'll use this powder, but do love the fact it has so many uses.

Fun addition and lovely simple tea treats ...
First this is a really nice and natural way to add blueish purpley color to baked goods or smoothies/drinks. No weird chemicals or anything to cause any sort of worries. It also makes a nice, albeit kind of thick tea. The flavor kind of tastes pretty much like a more floral kind of matcha-esque tea. I adore this to make tea lattes or giving a bit of that tea bitter flavor to a protein drink/shake. I subbed this in a matca almond cookie batter I make on occasion and it was so subtle and gave them a unique but similar flavor. I can't wait to bake with this again. Very versatile product that will help spark your baking creativity.

Makes a good latte
This "PRESERVE Butterfly Pea Flower Powder" comes in a resealable pouch, and the aroma is fragrant and fresh immediately upon opening it. The powder is clearly high-quality, and the flavor reflects that. One teaspoon blended into heated milk made a complex blue latte that worked well with and without sweetener. I didn't detect any grit or powdered texture in my drink, but I did find some at the bottom of my mug. It'll take some trial and error to figure out how to get the powder to integrate better, but until then, it isn't so unpleasant that it takes away from my enjoyment. It’s delicious. I can’t wait to try it in baked goods, syrups, and smoothies. I suspect it’ll be a wonderful addition to whatever it touches.
