I absolutely love this punching bag! It’s been amazing for stress relief. I’ve only taken one boxing class before, but I wanted something at home to practice with - this is exactly what I needed. I set it up in my basement, and now I can get a workout in anytime I want.I filled the base with water and it became really stable - it doesn’t wobble or fall over when I hit it hard. One thing I really appreciated is that it came with gloves! At first I tried punching without them and my hands got a little scraped, but once I put the gloves on, it made a huge difference. Safety first!

Said heavy bag but it’s inflatable, so kinda got clickbaited no resistance, after one Muay Thai session the seem ripped and started leaking air from only an hour of training on it

This is a great temporary punching bag - temporary, meaning, it will be easy to deflate and package up when needed. Sturdy and holds up with all of the punching my teen boys provide. We used water in the base (you can hear water moving around with each kick/hit to the bag), but it stays up as it should). Easy to move around as needed as well. Giving it 4 stars because we have to blow it up constantly to bring it back to a firm state...for some reason, it doest not seem to be holding air as well as it should (maybe we have a small leak?). Overall, a great product and we recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Very good punching bag and the best thing is that it is strong and durable. My children love it. They spend their best time training and having fun. The truth is, it is very good. I recommend it.
