Initially, I was quite skeptical about the product quality, mainly because Beyond was relatively new in the home appliance segment. However, I decided to go ahead with the purchase because Beyond comes from a very renowned brand with a strong presence in the commercial kitchen space, which gave me confidence in their engineering and manufacturing capabilities. From day one, the build quality has been impressive. The hob feels extremely solid, well-finished, and thoughtfully designed. The glass, knobs, and overall construction give it a very premium look, easily comparable to much more expensive brands. It blends beautifully with a modern kitchen and still looks as good today as it did when it was new. What really sets this hob apart are the features it offers at its price point. Features like auto ignition, a built-in timer, and a flame protection device are exceptionally useful and add both convenience and safety. What’s surprising is that very few—if any—other brands offer this combination of advanced features at a similar price range. These features genuinely enhance everyday cooking and are not just marketing add-ons. Another strong positive has been the sales and service experience. The team has been very approachable, responsive, and helpful throughout. Queries were handled patiently, and service requests were addressed with prompt support and clear communication, which is something many appliance brands struggle with. The only issue I encountered was that the larger burners initially took slightly longer to ignite, which I later understood was due to the flame protection device working as designed. While it was a minor inconvenience, the after-sales support team responded quickly, diagnosed the issue properly, and resolved it to my satisfaction without unnecessary delays. Overall Verdict Overall, the Beyond Hob has turned out to be a pleasant and reassuring purchase. It combines premium build quality, advanced safety and convenience features, and reliable after-sales support at a very competitive price. Despite my initial hesitation, my long-term experience has been very positive, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a feature-rich, premium-looking hob backed by a capable service team.

We are extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the service experience from Beyond as well as Amazon. This was actually the THIRD time we ordered this product. The first two orders were never delivered by Amazon. The status kept showing “running delayed,” and after waiting for almost 5 days, it suddenly showed as “delivered,” even though we never received anything. We eventually had to cancel both orders. Finally, on the third attempt, we received the product — but the problems didn’t end there. Out of 4 burners, only 3 were provided, and all the pan supporters (stands) were completely rusted and in very poor condition. Thankfully, the Beyond technician noticed this during installation and assured us that all 4 stands and the missing burner would be replaced within 2–3 days. He specifically told us that there was no need to raise a complaint or replacement request with Amazon. However, after waiting 4–5 days and following up, the technician suddenly said his responsibility was over and asked us to contact his manager. When we spoke to the so-called Beyond manager, he simply told us to contact Amazon customer care and request a replacement instead. Thankfully, we were still within the replacement window, so we immediately raised the request. But the final shock came when the replacement arrived — instead of 4 pan supporters, we received only 2, and those too were broken. It literally looked like 2 stands broken into 4 pieces. This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and exhausting. Very poor product quality, terrible service from Beyond, and highly disappointing support from Amazon as well. I had brought this hop top and it was delivered the next day, not only that but the installation was done in the next 72 hours. It's a great hop top and its really good for such price. The product is exactly as it is described in the description. Not only that but the timer function has helped me alot as someone who multi-task. I would 100% recommend this purchase.
