Metolius Wood Grips Deluxe II Training Board - SS23 - One Size - Brown

It's my first one so I can't compare it to anything else but it's built well, I use it everyday and so far no issues.

A great Hangboard to get started with. A huge variety of holds that gives you a lot of options for training. Especially when in lockdown I am so happy to have this as a training aid. Great product.

Overall I really like the product. I think it is quite unique, but I also find it quite expensive for what it is. That being said this was really the only wood option, so I'd buy it again if I had to.

Phenomenal hang board. Used daily and holding up well. Excellent quality.

Poorly made, cracks in wood the length of the item and manufacturer tried to glue the cracks.....very poor presentation. If I had tried to use this item it would have come unglued and cracked the rest of the way. Extremely poor piece of workmanship.

肉厚の合板を、マシニングツールでカットして製造されたトレーニングボードです。 切削工具の切れ味があんまり良くないのか、ポケットのところは、表面が工具で擦られて黒ずんでいます。 まぁ、見栄えを気にする物でもないので、こんなものでしょう。 裏面はきっちりフラットが出ているので、壁面に取り付けてもガタガタしませんし、 強度がある梁とかなら、そのまま付属の長い木ネジで取り付けられます。 木製のトレーニングボードを使うのは初めてなのですが、 木製の温かみのある表面が、指皮への攻撃が少ないのが助かります。 本番前のトレーニングで、指皮減らしたくないですもん エッジの面取りも平滑で、関節にも優しい。 それと、ちょっと嬉しかったのが、手汗を自然に吸収してくれるのですね、木だから。 チョーク使ったりする必要がないのが、室内（リビングw）でトレーニングするのにとても助かります。 週２回程度、それぞれ30分程度のトレーニングで、明らかに保持力が上がりました。 それと、木製でフリクションが良いとは言えないボードになれることで、 指を丁寧に置いて、抜けないように抑える使い方ができるようになりました。 おすすめです。
