Turn up the flavour of noodles This Mushroom Ketchup is the original ketchup (without a tomato in sight) and is squeezed full of deep, powerful umami flavours. If you’re looking for a smooth flavour punch to any dish, then this one's for you Instant anchovy on top of Pizza Flavour, flavour and more flavour. our Anchovy Sauce is a gastronomic joyous generous helping of umami. We’ve bottled the pure essence of anchovy in one bottle. Get your fix with a drizzle over pizza. Creamy Mushroom Sauce In a large pan, heat the 1 tsbp olive oil and add the 350g of halved mushrooms, 1 diced onion and 1 minced garlic clove. Fry all the ingredients for 7 minutes until golden brown, string from time to time. Add 1tbsp butter with a handful of chopped parsley and season with pepper and salt. Fry for 3 more minutes, pour in 200ml of double cream and simmer gently for 5 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Add 3 tbsp of Geo Watkins Mushroom Ketchup. Garnish with a little more chopped parsley and serve with toasted sourdough.

Adore this product, whole family has been using it for years, it adds a wonderful depth of flavour to so many dishes. (Don't be fooled by the name, it's a liquid not a thick ketchup). First time I've bought it online as can't find it anywhere to buy either on supermarkets or small specialist shops any more. Arrived extremely well packaged and in good time. Very happy!
