The chain and the charm itself are both very comfortable to wear. I just wouldn’t recommend showering with them on. When I wear them together they don’t get tangled easily but I am casually wearing them I’m not exercising or showering with them on. I love wearing these necklaces together as a set and separate on a regular basis.
