Fiskars Garden Tool Caddy, Portable Storage Organizer for Indoor Gardening

So sturdy and holds so much!

Great little caddy that is a good, large size and will be handy for many things. It can easily hold anything up to a 8"X12". I am currently using it to hold pages to a book I have written until I get it to the publisher. LOL

First reaction is that it is bigger than I thought it would be and it seems to be made to last. First off, i bought a few Fiskars garden tools at same time as they were on sale and our older tools, well, are looking pretty old. Fiskars has always made quality items, especially items that cut. Scissors i think was my first Fiskars years ago. Since then i have invested in more Fiskars and have not been disappointed. Now for this tool caddy or whatever you wish to call it. The caddy is made of a hard but durable plastic. If used properly and not throw tools and such into it, it should last. It looks like it will take light abuse, but i wouldn't push it. The cheap parts seem to be the handle, but it is sturdy and works well. Like others have said, it only folds and lifts in one direction. It does fold flat and out of the way. The other really cheap thing in my opinion is the tool holder that attches inside. The tools I bought were handtools for weeds and they don't fit well, even though they are small. I also bought the seed planter shovel and it didn't fir well wither. It's just a small open box and it really can't hold much. My wife discovered though that her phone would fit in it. Maybe they should advertise that as it keeps your phone off the ground, upright and out of the way. This likely is what we'll use it for as when you're outside working, one tends to set their phone in a corner or away from where you're working, not on the ground to be stepped on near you, but you may not hear it ring if you're too far away. This is perfect for that. The size of the caddy overall fits in the tools I just bought, laying them down diagonally. which is fine. I bought this so we can keep the smaller handtools in a more convenient way, other than a 5 gallon orange bucket, which of course, also works. Not much else to say except that I give it 4.5 stars for what it is and because the extra tool holder fits a phone perfectly. LOL. BTW, the side stickers seem to be talked on alot here. I had no problem taking them off. I did it slow, evenly and steady. It is new and not used, so nothing embedded to the stickers nor were they exposed to hot/cold etc... and guessing they had not been on this caddy long. Just make sure you plan to keep it before removing them, though i could of slapped mine back on if needed. I am keeping this though and do recommend it.

I was just looking for something to store my garden tools in and this works perfect. It’s sturdy and the size is perfect and the handle locks in place which I like so if you’re looking for something inexpensive just to carry your tools in or whatever you want to use it for it’s perfect.

The Fikcars products are usually great and we purchase them frequently. But this one is EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTING especially since it is a Mother's Day present for an avid gardener and artist. I usually do not complain on Amazon, but his sticker issue is absolutely rediculous. The picture of this Tool Caddy on Amazon shows a black caddy. However, it comes with very ugly and worthless Fiscars labels and on both sides. These labels are extremley hard to remove and once you get these rediculously ugly stickers off they leave a slicky, persistent, nuisance glue remaining on the sides of the caddy. WD-40 will not remove the glue, Goof Off will not remove the glue, nothing I have tried has removed this persistant nasty glue. I see one of the purchasers here stated that GooGone will remove the glue. So now I need to purchase a $14 bottle of GooGone to potentially fix a $10 Fiscars product.

I bought this caddy thinking I was going to use it for gardening. I just bought another one because the first one is being used to carry things around the house. I never seem to have enough hands to carry things between my office and the kitchen. This caddy is great because it has sides that are vertically straight and the bottom is completely flat. Seems a simple enough concept but they always want to make things with slanted sides and the bottom is always smaller than the top opening. It is also very solidly made and the handle moves as necessary but holds position when you need it to. It doesn't just fall to one side but stays upright even when not being held so you can just grab it and go. The handle also only goes down on one side. What this means is that you can counterbalance the carrier with something heavy on one side and it won't tip when you carry it. Really smart design!! The little things keeper that attaches to the side is also genius. This caddy is not too big but also not too small. Just perfect! Also, don't worry about removing the label. Pull the top edge and then the bottom edge and then pull very slowly the entire label going left to right. Pulls off in one piece in less than a minute. I have done it multiple times since I just got my second caddy. Just exercise a little patience and go slowly.

Caddy is nice and functional, at a great price. I have to agree with some of the other reviews though, and am rating it considering the giant horrendous stickers on both sides. A baffling eyesore of a decision that takes considerable effort to remove. Depending on your method it is actually quite possible to damage the product trying to remove them, and the methods that are safe are rather laborious. Absolutely horrible decision by the manufacturer.

Fantastic little caddy and exactly what I was looking for. As someone else mentioned, I love that the handle stays up when you leave it up - it is a lovely design touch. Love the little extra compartment and I especially love that it’s plastic and there’s not a million other little compartments or pockets for one specific reason: I use this for gardening and whether I leave it in my garage or outside, one things for sure: spiders will make their home in here at one point or another and I need to be able to see that before sticking my hands in. I love that I can clean this thing easily, stuff dumps out easily, etc. I especially love that it’s half the price of all of the other little garden caddies I was looking at. The sticker was a nightmare. It ripped and ripped and ripped, and I consider myself a pro sticker remover! I know the tricks and am usually quite good at this kind of sticker. Alas, the final product rating is not reflective of some momentary inconvenience because I really love the caddy!

Love the bucket. I have not bothered trying to remove the stickers. I will just live with them. Patience is not in my wheelhouse anymore to bother trying to remove them.

Great size. Great quality. Simple and efficient design.

I use this to hold a couple of tools for pulling weeds and pop the weeds in the carrier as I go. Much easier than dragging a yard waste bag around or constantly walking back and forth to it. I was specifically looking for a basket without holes and this perfectly met my needs.

This caddy is pricy and on the small side

I LOVE Fiskars tools. I own lots. Was so excited to get this tote. It's awesome. But the fact that you can't get the HUGE stickers off both sides of the tote is ridiculous. I'm an expert sticker remover but this is just frustrating and just plain mean. Would have ordered a second one but for sure will not now. Not nice Fiskars.
