This is good as we've got a low down, challenging letterbox. We get parcels regularly, so this seemed a good idea for when we're out. Works well, easily installed with my own fixings (always wary of those included).

it is best to have two when putting on the pillar / wall. Looks good - and is a good enough size to take small to medium sized parcels.I would say it could have a better quality lock on it ….. it’s stiff already.

Very disappointed with this post box. It came without any fixings or instructions so still sitting n my hallway 4 weeks later. Also it will have to be fitted a bit out from the wall to allow top to open backwards. Im not sure we will use it at all unless we can find suitable fixings.Stephanie Cullen

Package pretty good and safe. I like the way you place a package in the top which falls through to bottom safe area when closed. Posty likes it as well. However when on the wall it feels thin at the back section as there is movement when opening the top.

great for post and not extra large parcels ,medium and small okay.

The lock is flimsy and of poor quality. It takes some juggling to insert the key and to turn it and there is a fear it may break in the lock. The box itself is sturdy.

I have been a locksmith since 1983.This item is very poor quality, made from extremely thin steel (not even as thick as a simple cashbox).The worse aspect by far is the the quality of the actual lock, it's awful (see photo).The lock is made from extremely soft alloy and it wears out after a short period of time.Best avoid.
