How do you store and keep beans fresh?

The coffee beans stay fresh stored in our foil bags at room temperature or in a sealed canister. For extended storage beyond 2 weeks, according the the latest scientific findings by the Specialty Coffee Association, they recommend to store the foil bag in the freezer.

I ordered this two and half weeks ago, so why have I not received the coffee I paid twenty dollars for?

can i make this in my moka espresso，

You can if you grind it further to an espresso grind consistency. The ground coffee that we have at Amazon is a drip grind version and to use it for a moka espresso it is recommended that you grind it to a finer grind. If you do not have a grinder you can get one at Amazon and blade grinders are very affordable.

Is this certified organic?

Yes our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee is an organically grown coffee. It is not USDA certified organic but is organically grown. We hope to have our USDA certified later this year.
