Brilliant colouring for adding to butter cream or fondant. Such fab colours and true to the shade on the bottle.

My first time trying Colour Mill food colouring and I chose shades: Sky Blue & Candy in my first order then Yellow & Cobalt in my second order (I ordered 4 bottles in total using the pick your own option). Somehow along the way the Sky Blue dye had opened and was all over the envelope and other bottles - beautiful colour but a huge pain! Amazon were fantastic and refunded the order in full. A huge relief as they are quite pricey little bottles. The seals on these bottles are very hard to open so it must have not been sealed properly in the first place. I ended up having to bin the Sky Blue but used Candy, Yellow and Colbalt to colour white chocolate ganache. The pigment is great and didn’t take much to achieve the colour I wanted. The yellow was insanely bright! It looked lovely and was very on theme for a Baby Shark cake! I would definitely buy from Colour Mill again.
