Really nice as an alternate to desk chair however…
This does slowly deflate and needs refilled every few weeks. It must just slowly leak air, however I do think it’s worth it! I have used it quite a lot as an alternative to my desk chair while pregnant and will be using it the same afterwards as well!

Same as my Physical Therapist uses.
My physical therapist recommended it to me. It is the same name brand as they use in their office.

Perfect exercise ball!
This item came with some kind of pump, but I borrowed an electric one. Would take a while to inflate with included pump.Just started using it for physical therapy, and it’s just right!!

Not firm enough for a chair, okay for workout
I bought this to use as a chair because I also wanted to exercise with it. However, I've blown it up to the correct size and measured to make sure it is accurate. There is a lot of give when I sit on it. I don't remember stability balls in the past having this large of a sink when sitting. Since it is filled to the proper size, I fear overfilling to make it more firm could cause burst issues. The other negative is that the color is a bit faded and not even throughout. There is also an odd orange/yellow color on the bottom near the hole. I like the very light mint color, just wish there wasn't so many flaws with it.This is a good ball for occasional exercise at the price, but not good if you're using it for core stability for sitting.

Seems fine, but a little pricey
This seems like a perfectly good yoga ball. Of course, I can't say how durable it is. I was able to fully inflate it with the included hand pump, but next time I would use an electric pump to get it most of the way. It comes with an extra stopper. One thing I wish had been included is a non-elastic band that goes around the ball to make sure that you don't over-inflate it. Those worked very well for a couple of other balls I have had. I could calculate the circumference, but my flexible tape measures only go to 60" (~152 cm) and the circumference is more than that. I did what a leading yoga equipment manufacturer recommends, which is to mark 65 cm on a wall and then measure the height of the ball against that mark. I used a ruler held horizontally. I think that's a little less precise, but it's close. It also requires adding and checking, adding and checking... After letting it sit for a day and then topping up it the inflation level seems good for either exercise or using as a desk chair. Compared to similar products, it does seem a little pricey. Maybe the "honeycomb" structure makes it worth it? I don't know. I'm happy with it, though.
