Missing parts. It’s missing the USB cable And pieces of the machines (ears) in the box. Unacceptable is it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. All those items included in the instruction but not inside the box. There are even stickers included for ears, but ears are missing

this claw machine was a total letdown. it arrived with no amazon box, no protection at all, and the product box itself was already damaged. the claw was detached inside, the plastic felt cheap and the whole thing just didn’t work right out of the box.the quality is honestly very bad, and it’s definitely not something i’d recommend — especially as a gift for kids. not worth the hassle.

Good product

It is a cute machine and the perfect size for smaller kids. The design is adorable. Mine did come with a spelling error on one of the stickers. Machine does NOT charge. Either needs to be plugged in to the included usb cord or insert batteries. It came with a good bit of little prizes. Simple use like a normal claw machine game. Only operates if you insert the included “coins”. Sound can be turned down but not off it seems. Lights can be turned off. Does make a ticking noise when it’s all the way over. Over all I’d recommend it.
