I am using this mouthwash throughout the day instead of continuously brushing my teeth (my dentist says to brush 2 times a day with an electric toothbrush). This Sensodyne mouthwash tastes excellent, and I have purchased it several times for the enamel protection. After using it, I typically avoid eating or drinking for 1/2 hour to allow enamel protection in work. I highly recommend it.

Love this mouthwash. Which is why I buy the three pack! Works great. I highly recommend this, and I’m very picky with my mouthwash.
