When I took it out of the box I was surprised at how big the brush head was. I had my doubts that it would work on my thin hair. However, it works beautifully and my hair actually looked the way it did after I had it cut and the hairdresser blew it out. I was so pleased. It actually has a lower decibel than my other hairdryer because my Apple Watch never gave me a decibel warning. It drys quickly and you don’t have to use a brush in one hand and the dryer in another. Makes life so much easier! I will never go back to a regular blow dryer again! Kudos!!!!

Complete crap product with ZERO real warranty or customer service. It worked just long enough that it can’t be returned to Amazon. It’s the 2nd one I purchased. First one lasted less than 3 mos, this one 3weeks. Extremely cheaply made, and I’ve tried 4x (various platforms) to use the “warranty” they claim & NO response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$!!

This is a great hair device that straightens, prevents frizz and adds volume to your hair.

I love what this dryer does with my hair, though, I bought this in February, it is August and some pieces are broken inside the barrel. I don’t know if it’s ceramic or a lost screw but it is loud and scary if I tilt the dryer at an angle. Is this the life span of this product? About 6 months? I’d really like to send it back and exchange it for a safer one. If someone could get back to me that would be great!

This thing really works well on my hair and my daughter’s hair. Mine is thin and curly and hers is thick and curly. Makes mornings way easier! I am really impressed

I like this hair tool but this is the second one I bought because out of nowhere it stops working. I tried the reset button on the plug thing on the wall but it just won’t work again. They usually last about a year before it does this.

Works well for my thick curly hair! It's way better than the Revlon blow-dry brush. It doesn't make my hair really straight, but it does the job.
