The water turned out good. But it is so expensive! I think I’ll buy it again when I’m traveling so I don’t get burdened with the cartons of the water.

The wildness poet organic evaporated coconut powder is awesome when you can't get to the store and buy the pricey coconut water this powder helps you hydrate the taste is delicious it's a great value for the money where we all know a can of coconut water whether it's organic or regular coconut water without sugar and it is close to $6 this is a great value for the money the ingredients is clear it's powdered coconut it is portable the packet is not heavy and the ingredients are visible on the packet so if you're allergic to anything or if you are worried about something there's not that much to worry about because the ingredients are limited it is mixable it is mixable with warm water and cold water I have used a top of a little spoon of hot water with the cold water and the ice and I mix it all together it does dissolve portability yes you can take this anywhere ingredients are visible and it mixability is on a level 10 you're able to mix it there is no residue the ingredients is on the back of the package

I love coconut water to rehydrate during and after sweating heavily, and as a hangover prevention drink. The cans take up a lot of space, plus use a lot of resources to produce and recycle, so I was very glad to try this powder out for its efficiency of storage and transport. The powder mixes easily with water but doesn't fully dissolve, it leaves a powdery film at the bottom of the cup or tumbler, so I prefer to not use container with straws when drinking this. The flavor isn't quite like canned or carton coconut water, and tastes a bit strange and very strong to me. I use half of the recommended amount for dilution of this powder for something that's easy to drink, otherwise, it's just..too much, too strong, almost bitter in taste. This powder does go well with a little sweetener and other flavorings when I want coconut flavor in a drink or smoothie, and the taste blends well with mint, lime, pineapple, or blueberry. This powder does give the results that I'm accustomed to with canned and carton coconut water, and the efficiency and convenience of this powder are enough to make up for the taste difference for me. So I paid $22 for a bag that's less than 1/2 full? What a rip off! I could've bought a case of coconut water at Costco or dams club for the same or less!!!!! Never again buying this product!

After reading so many bad reviews about different coconut water powders, I settled on this one. I give it five stars for dissolving well and quickly and room temperature water. The flavor is just a little bit strange, it is hydrating, so it does the job there but not something I would use as a coconut water substitute when fresh coconut water is available.
