My best purchase I made in 2025. This thing is exceptional and is far better than I had expected. Travels well in the van and has never leaked its nice and compact and really easy to cleanl. Looks smart and seals tightly. Had it a few months now and no signs of anything degrading. I travel alot for work so dont always have access to a microwave but this thing gets it so hot and doesn't dry out food. Tastes better than microwaving . Everyone at work gets jealous

Bought for husband, he has used it a few times and really likes being able to eat a hot dinner on site. Takes a while to heat up but very safe. Good size.

Love this, it does get food hot (managed to burn it a couple of times). It does take 30-40 mins but if you plug it while you work away before your lunch break food will be ready in time. Lost a point as the plug into the box is a little off sometimes (is a bit loose so disconnects) but you do have 2 options of plugs, one mains and one for a car, and although easy to clean, a second try would have been handy too for the food.

Bought this for my eldest son who loved it so much I sent one to South Africa for my second son 💙. It's winter there and he's enjoying having hot meals.

Comes with 12 volt car or power station charger and a house charger so multiple uses! Heats my ready meals up in a jiffy and very easy to clean. It’s so pretty and the colour is lovely. It feels solid and good quality with little cutlery in a drawer and the handy thermal carry bag that is ample room to pop back in with ease. I love it!

It does the job you'd expect but it can be quite difficult to have to wash the stainless steel tray between every use. It would be really useful to be able to buy additional steel trays to rotate but after contacting the company directly I have found there to be no way to do this without buying another whole kit. Some other brands seem to account for this issue and may be a better fit for my useage. Also the lid on mine does not fit very well at all and can require quite a bit of force to click on.

I bought two of these, one for my husband and son! These things work great, my son works construction and uses the generator to heat his food up! My hubby is a fisherman and loves this for the boat. Heats fast

Terrible. Plugging pin got burnt within a week of use. It wasn’t wet, was plugging just as regular day. Heard a small sound, the light turned off, when I unplugged saw burnt sign.

The quality of this lunch box was lower than I expected. However, the bigger issue is that the power plug is not suitable for Australian power outlets. Since the item was shipped from Amazon UK, it came with a UK-style plug, which is not practical for use in Australia. I requested a refund about 10 days ago, but the money has still not been returned to my account. Overall, this has been a disappointing experience, both with the product and the refund process
