I am taking this specific magnesium in the morning for cortisol issues. Every morning I was waking up stressed with anxiety stomach aches. I take this with my mushroom coffee and water. It seems to really help. I am not having the weird anxiety dreams either. Hopefully it's not a fluke.

I take a single serving one hour before bed. Have a bit of fruit. And call it a night. It works well. My sleep is restorative. I fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Also, I am not as sore the day after my peloton bike workouts. But also it helps with going number two. So I am happy.

I’ve only been taking these for a short time, so I can’t honestly comment on long-term effectiveness or specific health benefits yet. What I can say is that the product arrived well packaged with a proper safety seal intact, and the capsules looked fresh and consistent with no broken or damaged pieces. There were no issues with leakage, moisture, or unusual odor. Based on appearance and packaging, everything looked high quality and exactly as expected. I’ll continue using them and update my review if I notice significant results over time. Giving five stars because I have no complaints or concerns at this time.

I love love love this brand and would normally give it a 5 star but every other time I receive it (autoship) it’s is full of white powder. It’s like a capsule broke inside but there’s no broken one in the bottle and it gets everywhere and tastes terrible.
