Highly effective and concentrated. I take one capsule at a time until I’ve had enough for the day. I usually stop at 3. I feel stronger and I feel less aches and pains. I’ve taken another brand but this one is much more concentrated. I recommend it for athletes, lifters, or people with physical jobs. Cycling DAA is recommended. I use maca capsules when I cycle off DAA.

I have definitely noticed an increase in stamina as even light workouts have become EXHAUSTING since my accident.
