Great way to add flavor to water with no sugar and few calories. Use sparingly—it is sweet even without the sugar, so unless you are putting it in a large amount of water (32 oz. or more) do not use a whole stick.

Way too sweet is was Grose
WAY TOO SWEET I used 1 sachet for 1.2L of water and it was way too sweet then i use 1/4of a sachet for 1.2L and it was still WAY TOO SWEET! Trust me I am a SWEET tooth but it us too sweet and strong for even me!
