My feet can never reach the ground when sitting properly at my desk and this is a huge help and support. Very practical. Love the fact that I can move my feet/legs and get that calf stretch while sitting. Easy to assemble.

This product is great for desk ergonomics. it was reccomended to me from an occupational therapist who is a master at ergonomics (you should see HIS desk setup). rocker at the bottom to easily move and find the right placement for your feet. adjustable angle for changes in position with great roller in the center for your feet to help stimulate circulation. thick, durable plastic, but not too heavy. This has been a godsend for my desk space!!!

Just fine?? Cheap plastic material, it has little “massage” rollers on it but they’re so small you can’t really feel them. Fine for the price, but just average overall.

What a difference this makes. I’m the parish administrator of a church and sit too much of the time at the computer. I was having shoulder pain and foot pain. When I started using the foot rest, it changed the dynamics and my pain has been greatly diminished after a couple weeks. I’ll use this going forward forever!!

I bought this under-desk foot exercise device for less than $10, and I’m honestly impressed! It works surprisingly well while I’m working at my desk, helps keep my feet moving, and feels really comfortable to use. It’s also super lightweight, so I can easily take it with me when I travel. Amazing value for the price — highly recommend!

Holds up really well. I find it comfortable on my feet as the texture feels really nice. I like that I can take this item with me to either work or home without any issues or difficulty. Easy to clean by wiping it with a sanitizer wipe.

It is a good item to buy and use for the legs when sitting on an office chair. It removed the pressure on the muscles below the knee.

This is a great foot rest for someone with clotting disorder - allows me to sit but still move my calves!

It's practical and ergonomic enough for a colleague's sore feet ( she and I spend hours standing)- she enjoyed it with her massage chair.There's only one complaint though: She wished it was more sturdy.
